Join our host, Blush Boot Camp for a fun and empowering class designed to equip you with essential skills for safety!
Instructor Laura Ruoff, owner of Hips n Clips Women's Self Defense will cover fundamental self-defense moves, situational awareness, and pepper spray training in a go at your own pace environment. Light refreshments will be provided. Pepper spray will be available for purchase!
What to bring? Water, notepad (if you are a note-taker), hair tie
What to wear? Tennis shoes, comfortable or athletic clothes
This class is for women of all ages and girls (elementary & up).
